The tiny baby’s hands poked at the knees and set off fake patellar reflexes. The performer then kicked the clamped bananas, and this action created a signal that triggered the water pumps in the McDonald’s cups. Milk got pumped into the other performer’s mouth. The performance stopped when milk was fully consumed.
